Throughout the years, I have gained significant experience in personal training in various exercise fields and practices but I do not stop there. I keep up with latest trends and styles so that I can incorporate them in my programs and realize them for my clients. Besides the physical exercise and training, I have studied a lot on nutrition and the value of good and healthy food for the body, the mind and the soul. After all, the food is the fuel for our body, mind and soul and the exercise is the necessary movement to keep us healthy and boost our overall well being.
You can’t have one without the other… they are inter-connected and everyone needs both to keep going strong and healthy!
