Make the right decision

Keep this between you and yourself… How often did you promise yourself that you want to start taking care of your health, look and feel better? You are waiting for the right time in your life to start to take this seriously? You are waiting for motivation to present itself in front of you right?

It is never the right time and motivation is not coming to knock at your door.

It was never really at the top of your list. You never took yourself seriously. Maybe one day you will start, maybe. When you look in the mirror you feel that you do not look good and as you really wish or when you go up the stairs you feel that you are unfit and your body is not functioning well.

Your body is continuously imploring you and sending you endless signals to start taking care of it.

If you really are in harmony with yourself and you have your health at heart and you respect yourself you would never do what you are doing to yourself. Just make a decision, be accountable and understanding.

Stop trying to find excuses and leave procrastination behind.

Physical Changes & Transformations

As with every other thing in life in order for a transformation to take place there first has to be a change. It usually takes a number of small changes to bring about a transformation. This applies in work, love life and even in health and fitness.

I have been into fitness for 14 years and worked as a personal trainer for the past 8 years. Working to achieve a transformation on my clients’ health and fitness is something I have always enjoyed doing. Transformations do not happen easily nor do they happen overnight. Firstly one must set realistic targets and seek help from someone who is qualified.

The first place to start is to have a BMI test done so as to have a better idea of where we are starting from. From the BMI test we can then decide on our goal and start working towards it. This is done by following a tailor-made training and nutrition programme while monitoring progress by means of a monthly BMI test. Depending on the results of the BMI we then alter the training and nutrition programme so as to ensure that it is as effective as possible.

The diet plan and training programme are changed every month until the transformation is achieved. How long this process takes depends on a number of factors such as; the current BMI result of my client, if he/she had any previous training experience, level of commitment, genetics and how frequently my client trains. One can never make comparisons between clients. Each individual is unique and requires an approach which is different to that of any other individual. My fat loss packages are designed in such a way that as long as the client is willing to make a commitment and to give his/her all then they are guaranteed to see a transformation!
